General Terms of Sale & Export Conditions
1. Scope & B2B Commercial Nature
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial quotations, proforma invoices, and supply agreements issued by SerProfil / SolarAlu to commercial buyers, EPC contractors, and distributors. SolarAlu conducts business strictly on a B2B wholesale basis.
2. Quotations & Pricing Validity
All export quotations are denominated in Euros (EUR) or United States Dollars (USD) as agreed upon proforma issuance. Due to global aluminum ingot (LME) market volatility, raw material index clauses may be stipulated for contracts exceeding standard quotation validity.
3. Delivery, Risk Transfer & Incoterms
Deliveries are governed by Incoterms® 2020 rules (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, or DAP). Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. Formal customs export declaration is executed under Turkish customs legislation.
4. Inspection & Acceptance
The buyer shall inspect shipments upon receipt. Notice of any visible transit damage or quantity discrepancy must be reported within five (5) business days accompanied by photographic documentation and carrier delivery receipt notations.
