12-Year Structural & Anti-Corrosion Product Warranty
1. Warranty Duration & Coverage
SolarAlu warrants all Qualanod certified extruded aluminum profiles against structural fracture, mechanical defect, and atmospheric perforation corrosion for a period of twelve (12) years from dispatch date.
2. Material Standards Compliance
Products are warranted to comply with chemical and mechanical parameters of EN AW-6063 T66 and EN AW-6005A T6 according to EN 755-1 and CE EN 1090-1 Execution Class EXC2 specifications.
3. Conditions & Exclusions
Warranty applies subject to installation according to SolarAlu engineering calculation guidelines, proper fastener torque (12–15 Nm for M8), and prevention of direct non-isolated contact with dissimilar active metals (e.g. non-galvanized mild steel).
