6-Stage Factory Quality Assurance Gate
Spectrometric Metallurgy Analysis
Samples from every casting heat charge are tested using an optical emission spectrometer. EN AW-6063 and 6005A chemical limits (Si, Mg, Fe ratios) are verified and logged in official EN 10204 3.1 mill inspection certificates.
Laser & Optical CAD Dimensional Scan
Extruded profile bolt channels, flange wall thicknesses, and cross-section tolerances are continuously scanned to EN 755-9 standards with digital micrometers and optical profile projectors.
T6 Thermal Aging & Hardness Verification
Following artificial precipitation hardening at 180°C for 8 hours, profiles undergo Webster hardness tests (minimum 12 HW) and tensile yield tests to eliminate structural sag risks under snow loads.
Qualanod Certified Anodic Layer
Automated anodizing lines produce a certified 15 µm to 20 µm natural matte oxide layer. Eddy-current thickness probes and dye spot sealing absorption tests verify resistance against acidic and coastal environments.
Mechanical Pull-Out & Shear Testing
Mid clamps, end clamps, and roof attachment brackets are mounted to sample rails on hydraulic pull test benches to measure ultimate bolt pull-out resistance (kN) and torque thresholds under uplift wind loads.
ISPM-15 Crating & Barcode Labeling
Finished bundles are strapped with high-tensile bands, wrapped in VCI moisture-barrier film, and packed into heat-treated timber crates marked with item codes, charge numbers, and gross/net weights.
International Bankability & Project Financing Approval
