From CAD Blueprint to Jobsite Delivery: 6-Stage OEM Roadmap

STEP 01

CAD Blueprint & Mutual NDA

Submit your DWG, DXF, or 3D STEP drawings. A legally binding mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to engineering review to protect your proprietary IP.

STEP 02

DFM & Tooling Optimization

Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review: wall thicknesses, extrusion tongue ratios, moment of inertia (Ix, Iy), and screw boss tolerances are optimized for maximum press throughput.

STEP 03

Die Machining & Prototype Samples

Within 10โ€“14 business days, the H13 steel die is completed and test-pressed. Initial extruded samples are CMM measured and dispatched to your engineering office for validation.

STEP 04

Mass Extrusion & T6 Aging

Upon sample sign-off, full production is scheduled on presses from 1,100 to 2,500 MT, followed by artificial aging at 180ยฐC for 8 hours to reach certified T6 mechanical hardness.

STEP 05

CNC Machining & Qualanod Anodizing

Profiles are CNC cut to project lengths, punched with mounting slots, and immersed in Qualanod-certified anodizing tanks for a minimum 15ยตm natural silver or black finish.

STEP 06

Private Label Packaging & Dispatch

Laser etching of your brand logo and part numbers, custom barcoded packaging, and dispatch under 0% EU Duty (A.TR) directly to your European or international logistics terminal.

We operate modern extrusion lines with an annual capacity of 12,000 metric tons, dedicated to European, Middle Eastern, and North African export markets.

No. SolarAlu operates exclusively as a B2B manufacturer supplying solar EPC contractors, solar distributors, commercial installers, and utility project developers. Products are supplied in master bundles, full pallets, truckloads (FTL), or full containers (FCL).

All structural products carry CE marking under EN 1090-1 / EN 1090-3 (Execution Class EXC2), Eurocode 9 (EN 1999-1-1) design calculations, Qualanod certified anodizing, ISO 9001:2015, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates.
